Egg Pita Snackers

These quick and easy snackers are perfect for an after school snack! Or pair them with a fruit or veggie for a well-rounded meal.


6 large hard cooked eggs, peeled
1/4 cup ranch dip
2 Tbsp minced green onion
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup chopped red, yellow & green peppers
mini whole wheat pitas
tomato, cut into wedges


1.) Place eggs, ranch dip, green onion, and pepper in food processor.

2.) Pulse until finely chopped.

3.) Spoon into serving bowl.

4.) Top with bell peppers.
