Enjoy making your own delicious chicken nuggets with this easy recipe!
Ingredients
- 2 large Dakota Layers eggs
- 2 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 Tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
Instructions
- Whisk two large eggs in a small bowl.
- In a larger bowl, combine ground chicken, eggs, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
- Scoop two tablespoons of the ground chicken mixture and roll into individual nugget shapes.
- Line on a baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Combine Parmesan cheese and almond flour in a bowl. Coat nuggets in the mixture and line on a baking sheet.
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- Bake chicken nuggets for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve warm and with dipping sauce of your choice.
