Chicken Nuggets

The perfect Chicken Nuggets!

Enjoy making your own delicious chicken nuggets with this easy recipe!

Ingredients

  • 2 large Dakota Layers eggs
  • 2 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour

Instructions

  1. Whisk two large eggs in a small bowl.
  2. In a larger bowl, combine ground chicken, eggs, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
  3. Scoop two tablespoons of the ground chicken mixture and roll into individual nugget shapes.
  4. Line on a baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. Combine Parmesan cheese and almond flour in a bowl. Coat nuggets in the mixture and line on a baking sheet.
  6. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  7. Bake chicken nuggets for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
  8. Serve warm and with dipping sauce of your choice.
