This recipe for a Cobb Salad Wrap adds a delightful spin to a traditional favorite, ideal for those moments when you crave something refreshing and full of flavor. Whether it's a quick lunch on the run or a relaxed evening meal at home, this Cobb Salad Wrap promises to fulfill your desire for a delicious and satisfying dish with a twist.
Ingredients
- 1 thin flatbread of choice
- 1 Large Dakota Layers egg, hardboiled
- 2 leaves Romaine lettuce, roughly chopped
- 1/2 small tomato, chopped
- 2 ounces grilled chicken breast, cubed
- 1 thin slice cooked bacon, diced
- 1/3 small avocado, diced
- 1/2 Tbsp crumbled blue cheese
- 1 Tbsp vinaigrette or dressing of choice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Mix the egg, lettuce, tomato, chicken and bacon in a bowl. Add blue cheese, vinaigrette and salt and pepper until desired taste is achieved.
- Lay the flatbread on a cutting board, horizontally (if the flatbread is not square). Add mixture to one end, then roll it into a wrap.
- Cut in half and enjoy!
