Sheet Pan Pancakes

Ingredients
- 4 cups pancake mix of choice
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 large Dakota Layers eggs
- your favorite pancake toppings such as chocolate chips, berries, nuts or bananas
Instructions
- Mix the pancake mix, milk, vanilla extract and eggs together in a large bowl.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and evenly spread batter on the baking sheet. You don’t need cooking spray, but you can use it if you don’t want to rely solely on parchment paper.
- Top with your favorite toppings and bake at 425° F for 15 minutes or until golden.
- Slice up and serve!
